During its inception, INNOVA formed an Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) comprised of independent, volunteer investment professionals, to provide review of all prospective INNOVA client investments. The purpose of the IAC is to review the merits of each proposed investment and to provide advice. The IAC operates solely in an advisory capacity and is not under an agency or contractual relationship with INNOVA. IAC members include local and regional venture capital firms and West Virginia economic development professionals.
