FastTrac^® GrowthVenture^™ is a practical, hands-on business development program designed to help entrepreneurs hone the skills needed to create, manage and grow a successful business. FastTrac^® GrowthVenture^™ program participants work on their business ideas or ventures throughout the course. At the end of the course, participants will have completed a new or more refined business plan to propel forward. INNOVA currently offers 10-week, in depth FastTrac^® GrowthVenture^™ programs in Beckley, Fairmont, Martinsburg and Wheeling areas. INNOVA plans to expand to additional cities throughout West Virginia in the future. INNOVA has formed regional community coalitions in each of these locations to assist in promoting FastTrac^® GrowthVenture^™ These groups also provide scholarship application reviews and final decisions.
